1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the website of TRENTINI GROUP UKRAINE LLC, including access to digital catalogues, informational materials, and the “Direct Value” service.
1.2. By using the website, viewing the website materials, submitting a request through the “Direct Value” form, or subscribing to the newsletter, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.
1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the website and its services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES
2.1. The website provides access to information about the Company, its projects, brands, catalogues, products, services, and the “Direct Value” service.
2.2. The “Direct Value” service is an individual request form for preparing a preliminary cost estimate, consultation, or individual proposal based on the project parameters provided by the User.
2.3. Through the “Direct Value” form, the User may provide information about the company, project, or object, contact details, a message, and may also attach files, photographs, plans, or other materials necessary for reviewing the request.
2.4. The website is not an online store. Online purchases, online payments, automatic order placement, or the conclusion of sales contracts for goods are not carried out through the website.
3. STATUS OF INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE AND DIRECT VALUE REQUESTS
3.1. The information posted on the website, including information about products, brands, collections, materials, characteristics, indicative prices, delivery terms, or delivery times, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer.
3.2. The use of the “Direct Value” service and the submission of a request through the website do not constitute a public offer and do not create an obligation for the User to place an order, nor for the Company to supply goods or provide services under the terms stated in preliminary communication.
3.3. Estimates, proposals, information about availability, configuration, characteristics, and delivery times provided through the website or as a result of a “Direct Value” request are indicative, unless expressly stated otherwise in an invoice, pro forma invoice, specification, or written contract.
3.4. The final cost, payment terms, delivery times, configuration, product characteristics, and other essential terms are recorded in an invoice, pro forma invoice, specification, or written contract between the parties.
3.5. The parties’ obligations regarding the supply of goods, provision of services, payment, or performance of other actions arise only after the essential terms have been agreed and the relevant document has been issued: an invoice, pro forma invoice, specification, or written contract.
4. RULES FOR USING THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT
4.1. The User undertakes to use the website in good faith, not to disrupt the operation of the website, and not to take actions that may restrict other users’ access to the website or damage its functionality.

4.3. 5.2. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information on the website, but does not guarantee that all information about products, collections, materials, characteristics, availability, delivery times, or indicative cost is always complete, accurate, and up to date at the time it is viewed by the User.
5.3. Shades, textures, surfaces, and other visual characteristics of products displayed on a device screen may differ from the actual ones due to technical screen settings, lighting, photography conditions, image processing, and other factors.
5.4. Before placing an order, Users are advised to check the availability of physical material samples, catalogues, colour samples, or fabric samples at the showroom located at 53 V. Tiutiunnyka Street, Kyiv, or to receive an additional consultation from the Company.
5.5. The Company is not liable for the inability to use the website, temporary technical failures, errors in the operation of services, loss or damage of data, if such circumstances did not arise through the fault of the Company or occurred as a result of third-party actions, technical limitations, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
6. PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of TRENTINI GROUP UKRAINE LLC, posted on the website.
6.2. By submitting a request through the “Direct Value” form or subscribing to the newsletter, the User confirms that the data provided by them is current and accurate.
7. APPLICABLE LAW
7.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the website, the “Direct Value” service, or these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in the manner provided by Ukrainian legislation.
