1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The processing of personal data on the website is carried out by the Company — LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TRENTINI GROUP UKRAINE ”EDRPOU code: 44265982 address: 53 V. Tiutiunnyka Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine.

1.2. This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing the personal data of website Users, including data provided through the “Direct Value” form and the newsletter subscription form.

1.3. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

1.4. By using the website, submitting a request through the “Direct Value” form, or subscribing to the newsletter, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and gives consent to the processing of personal data within the scope defined by this Policy.

2. PERSONAL DATA THAT MAY BE PROCESSED

2.1. The Company may process personal data voluntarily provided by the User through the “Direct Value” form, including:
- name and surname;
- contact details - e-mail;
- information about the company, project, or object;
- the text of the message or request;
- files, photographs, plans, images of objects, or other materials that the User independently attaches to the request.

2.2. When subscribing to the newsletter, the Company processes the User’s e-mail address provided through the relevant form on the website.

2.3. The Company may also process technical data necessary for the proper operation of the website and the security of its use, including IP address, browser and device data, date and time of website visit, and other similar technical data.

2.4. The User is advised not to submit documents, images of individuals, or other information through the website forms that is not necessary for reviewing the request or preparing a preliminary estimate.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The Company processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:
- receiving and processing requests submitted through the “Direct Value” form;
- preparing consultations, individual proposals, and preliminary cost estimates;
- clarifying availability, technical characteristics, materials, configuration, delivery times, or other product parameters with manufacturers or suppliers;
- communicating with the User regarding their request;
- sending news, informational, or marketing messages if the User has subscribed to such messages;
- ensuring the proper operation of the website, its security, and improving the user experience.

3.2. The legal ground for processing personal data is the User’s consent, provided when filling out forms on the website, subscribing to the newsletter, or otherwise voluntarily submitting data to the Company.

3.3. If the User’s request is related to the preparation of an individual proposal, a preliminary estimate, or further agreement on cooperation terms, personal data may also be processed to take steps at the User’s request prior to entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract, if such a contract is concluded.

3.4. Marketing and informational messages are sent only if the User has subscribed to such messages or has given other relevant consent. The User may opt out of receiving such messages.

4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

4.1. In order to fulfill the User’s request, including clarifying availability, cost, delivery times, technical characteristics, materials, or other product parameters, personal data may be transferred to the Company’s manufacturers, suppliers, logistics, technical, or other partners only to the extent necessary to fulfill the relevant request.

4.2. Data may be transferred to the Company’s partners, including foreign partners, subject to compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation on personal data protection.

4.3. The Company may engage providers of technical, hosting, mailing, CRM, analytical, or other services necessary for the operation of the website, processing requests, storing data, or sending messages. Such parties receive access to personal data only within the scope necessary to provide the relevant services to the Company.

4.4. The Company does not sell Users’ personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for their independent use for their own marketing or other commercial purposes.

5. STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. The Company stores personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes defined by this Policy, or until the User withdraws consent, unless otherwise provided by Ukrainian legislation.

5.2. Data received through the “Direct Value” form is stored for the period necessary to review the request, prepare a proposal, communicate with the User and, in the event of further cooperation, fulfill the relevant arrangements or contract.

5.3. The e-mail address provided for newsletter subscription is stored until the User unsubscribes from receiving messages or withdraws consent to such processing.

5.4. The Company takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, disclosure, or other unlawful processing.

6. USER RIGHTS

6.1. The User has the rights provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, including the right to:
- know the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of its processing, and the location of the Company;
- receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data;
- receive a response as to whether their personal data is being processed;
- submit a reasoned request to amend or destroy their personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- protect their rights in the manner provided by Ukrainian legislation.
