The 150 sq.m apartment in Linden Luxury Residences in Kyiv is an interior project designed in the concept of contemporary “neutral luxury”. The interior is based on the principles of minimalism, lightness, and high functionality.

One of the main tasks was to implement the project as closely as possible to the visualizations — from key furniture pieces to the finishes of even the least noticeable items in the interior. This made it possible to preserve the author’s concept and convey the atmosphere of the project not only in its overall perception, but also through the details.

The project features materials with expressive textures: nubuck, leather, solid wood, stretched glass, brass, and porcelain stoneware. Their combination shaped a calm, visually balanced space with a sense of home comfort.
