2+3 is a private apartment designed by B-Place Studio in a refined luxury loft style. Created for a family with three children, the 328 sq.m residence combines generous proportions, panoramic views, and a calm, expressive interior language.

Located in the Buda Hills district, the apartment opens to views of Budapest’s historic old town through panoramic windows and spacious terraces. The interior is based on a monochromatic palette, with elegant shades of grey and black shaping the atmosphere of the space. Carefully selected furniture, lighting, and finishing materials create a balanced environment where the character of a loft is softened by comfort, detail, and contemporary elegance.
