Quooker
Quooker is a Dutch brand that changed the way the kitchen tap is understood. Its systems provide instant 100°C boiling water directly from the tap, and depending on the model can also offer hot, cold, chilled and sparkling water, combining several everyday functions in one compact kitchen solution.
The idea was born in 1970, when Rotterdam-born engineer Henri Peteri was working at Unilever and realized that even “instant” soup was not truly instant if you still had to wait for water to boil. Together with his sons Niels and Walter Peteri, he turned this idea into a product: the first Quooker Basic was launched in 1992, followed by further developments such as the high-vacuum insulated tank, Fusion, Flex and the CUBE system for chilled and sparkling water. Today, Quooker continues to manufacture in the Netherlands and remains focused on safety, energy efficiency and everyday convenience. Its taps are designed to save space, reduce the need for separate appliances and make the kitchen more practical without losing visual clarity.
